Zion began DJing as a youth in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, but started professionally when he moved to Atlanta sixteen years ago. He specializes in nightclubs and larger shows with multiple artists and/or sound systems, but has a long history playing at special events as well (i.e weddings, birthdays, school programs). After thirteen years in the states, Zion returned home to St. Croix and started his own promotional business focusing on beach parties/events. Zion has since relocated to Minnesota where he established and still manages one of the hottest reggae nights in Minneapolis. This is also where he began broadcasting his sound live on www.zionhighness.com, an on-line radio station pushing pure, positive vibes 24/7, worldwide. Zion currently resides in Northern California where he continues to broadcast his sound globally and tours nationally, with his most recent performance being the Dallas Reggae Festival. Zion has played alongside artists like Anthony B, Junior Gong, Lady Saw, I Wayne, Bushman, Richie Spice, Sister Carol, Dawn Penn, Muma Nancy (and many more!) and can mix for artists as well. This vast experience has allowed Zion to truly develop his ability to cater to audiences and expand his knowledge of music.
